Automation and AI agents for Quebec SMEs

I'm a computer engineer and I've been writing software since 2001. Since January 2026 I've been working full time on Groupe Ordinata, the company I founded to help small and mid-sized businesses in Quebec get rid of their repetitive work, with simple tools and, when it pays off, AI agents.

My rule fits in one sentence: measure before you automate. Before I recommend anything, I work out what the task actually costs the business, in hours and in dollars. If the number doesn't justify the project, I say so.

What I do

Automation and AI agents, with Groupe Ordinata

I start with a costed review of the repetitive work, then design and deploy the automations worth building: email triage, invoice processing, an AI voice receptionist, reports, CRM follow-ups. Depending on what you need, I coach your team to do it themselves or I build the automation myself.

Real estate data, with SolutionsImmo.ca

Since 2021 I've produced real estate prospecting lists drawn from Quebec's property assessment rolls.

Systems that can't stop

Before Ordinata, I spent fourteen years at Autolog building 2D and 3D vision systems for sawmills that run day and night. I then brought machine vision into robotics at Systemex Automation, and wrote C++ and C# server components for postal optimization software at GIRO. I hold my clients' automations to the same standard: they should still be running ten years from now.
